The Mixmaster High-Speed Disperser – Production Model is a heavy-duty, high-performance mixer engineered for large-scale manufacturing applications. Designed for continuous and reliable operation, it delivers superior dispersion quality in chemicals, coatings, paints, inks, adhesives, and plastic industries where consistent production output and process efficiency are critical. This production model features a vertically driven shaft with a high-shear Cowl disc disperser blade, operating at tip speeds of 18–22 m/s. The blade generates a powerful vortex that pulls the batch material into the high-shear zone, where intense mechanical energy breaks down agglomerates and disperses particles uniformly throughout the liquid medium. The result is a smooth, fine, and homogeneous product that meets demanding industrial standards. The Mixmaster Production Model HDX-100 operates within a speed range of 950–1450 RPM and is built from high-grade stainless steel, ensuring long-lasting performance, corrosion resistance, and easy maintenance. Other material options are available to suit specific chemical or process conditions. The system operates on a 230V, single-phase, 50/60 Hz electrical supply, with custom configurations available for higher capacities and industrial power requirements. Engineered for viscosities up to 50,000 centipoise, this disperser can also be paired with multi-shaft mixers for processing materials of even higher viscosities.
