The Mixmaster Twin Shaft Mixing System – Model TMX-200 is a versatile and high-performance mixer designed to meet the demanding requirements of medium to high-viscosity applications. Each Mixmaster multi-shaft mixer is custom-engineered to match specific process needs. The twin or triple shaft configuration extends the mixer’s versatility by incorporating either a high-shear rotor-stator homogenizer or an additional high-speed disperser. This combination enables the mixer to perform complex processes such as emulsification, homogenization, dispersion, and deagglomeration, delivering excellent particle size reduction and stable product quality — even in highly viscous materials. The TMX-200 model offers a speed range of approximately 25 to 3000 RPM and is constructed from stainless steel, with other material options available upon request. It operates on a 230V, single-phase, 50/60 Hz power supply and can be fitted with a variety of impellers such as Disperser Blades, Anchors, Helix, or Rotor-Stator assemblies, depending on the process requirements.
