The Mixmaster Triple Shaft Mixer is a high-performance, multi-purpose mixing system engineered for processing medium to ultra-high viscosity materials with precision and consistency. Designed to handle demanding industrial applications, it combines three distinct mixing actions within a single vessel — ensuring complete dispersion, uniform blending, and efficient heat transfer even in the most challenging formulations. It is ideal for adhesives, sealants, coatings, inks, resins, chemicals, and high-viscosity emulsions, where superior product quality and process efficiency are critical. This advanced mixer integrates three independently driven agitators: a high-speed disperser for intense shear and particle size reduction, a low-speed anchor or helical agitator for continuous bulk movement and uniform mixing of viscous materials, and a high-shear rotor–stator homogenizer for emulsification and fine dispersion. Together, these three shafts deliver unmatched versatility, allowing the system to perform mixing, dispersion, blending, and homogenization in a single operation. The Mixmaster Triple Shaft Mixer operates within a variable speed range of 25 to 3000 RPM, offering complete flexibility to adapt to different process requirements. It is constructed from high-grade stainless steel, ensuring excellent durability, corrosion resistance, and ease of cleaning. Other material options can be provided based on product compatibility. The system can be equipped with customized impeller types — including disperser blades, anchors, helices, or rotor-stator assemblies — selected according to specific process needs.
